Narrative Healing

Join us for a Narrative Healing Workshop, a guided space designed to support reflection, storytelling, and personal healing. This workshop invites participants to explore their experiences through writing in a way that centers choice, voice, and empowerment. Participation is flexible. You are welcome to write, listen, or simply be present. Sharing is always optional. The workshop will be co-hosted by Jasmin Means and Jared Leising, who will guide participants through structured prompts that encourage self-expression while prioritizing emotional safety and grounding. To support participants throughout the experience, a dedicated decompression space will be available. This space is designed for rest, grounding, and regulation at any point during or after the workshop. Information Technology The STEM Accessibility Convos community of practice was started in 2025 by Darcy Jenzen (UW Tacoma Digital Learning), Mary-Colleen Jenkins (UW ATS) and Ana Thompson (UW Bothell IT ATC). Initially, it was a few informal conversations with Math, Sciences, Business and other faculty who use equations, formulas, LaTeX, etc. in their teaching. IAS Co-Thinking Session: We Need to Talk about AI

School of IAS This is the first in a set of conversations about Artificial Intelligence (AI) among faculty in the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. AI is the term used to name a suite of technologies including artificial neural networks, forms of machine learning, and—perhaps most commonly—large language models like GPT or Claude.
