Webinar: Effective Practices for Conducting Interviews
APF Faculty Inclusive Excellence and UW ADVANCE, both of which are part of the Office for Academic Personnel and Faculty, are offering a live-streamed, webinar-style workshop on Effective Practices for Conducting Interviews.
This session will cover best practices for conducting first-round interviews over Zoom or other platforms as well as best practices for conducting final interviews and campus visits. It is designed for faculty and staff who will be participating in or supporting faculty search processes during the 2025–2026 academic year.
