Event: Please notify affected occupants that HVAC Chilled Water for the following areas will be shut off. Affected Areas: K-Wing all floors all rooms. Time: 02-10-26 6:00AM to 02-12-26 6:00PM(3 Day Duration}, Reason: TO REPLACE VALVES LOCATED IN THE UTILITY TUNNEL
Effect: ALL FANS, VAV BOXES WILL NOT HAVE CHILL WATER FOR ROOM COOLING. LAB EQUIPMENT REQUIRING COOLING SUCH AS ELECTRONIC MICROSCOPES WILL NOT HAVE COOLING. Occupants are advised to have any sensitive equipment/experiments on standby, off or hold to avoid any issues during utility outage. Special Note 1: If any equipment, systems, or utilities are not back in normal order after any scheduled shutdown building occupants should immediately contact FS Customer Care Team (206-685-1900) and report this matter so as a WO date/time stamp can be assigned.
