1160289-006- Chilled Water Shutdown (F & G-Wing 5th Floor), 07-07-26 7:30AM to 3:00PM

Event: Please notify affected occupants that Chilled Water for the following areas will be shut off.   Affected Areas: F508, F510 and G-wing 5th Floor.   Time: 07-07-26 7:30AM to 3:00PM (Duration 7.5 hours}   Reason: Construction Work.   Effect: Comfort/HVAC cooling will not be available in the affected areas (HVAC fans will run, but no cooling will be available). Lab equipment (such as electronic microscopes) that require chilled water cooling will not have cooling.   Occupants are advised to have any sensitive equipment/experiments on standby, off or hold to avoid any issues during utility outage.   Special Note 1:   If any equipment, systems, or utilities are not back in normal order after any scheduled shutdown building occupants should immediately contact FS Customer Care Team (206-685-1900) and report this matter so as a WO date/time stamp can be assigned. K Wing July 9 Fire Sequence Test

University Facilities will be conducting tests of the fire protection systems in the following buildings during the dates/times indicated below. We need ACCESS TO ALL ROOMS THAT HAVE FIRE ALARM DEVICES located in them. We will assume that access is granted in ALL AREAS. If you have security and/or safety issues which need to be addressed, please provide us with ample notice in advance prior to the test to resolve the issue. The fire alarm horns/speakers will sound sometime during the times listed below for the approximate number of minutes shown.   NO BUILDING EVACUATION IS REQUIRED. Event: HOT WATER HEATING FOR K-WING- ALL ROOMS ALL FLOORS   Affected Areas: K-Wing all floors all rooms.   Time: 11 JULY 2026 6:00AM - 2:30 PM   Reason: REPAIR LEAKS IN HOT WATER HEATING PIPING   Effect: ALL ROOMS ALL FLOOR WILL NOT HAVE COMFORT OR RADIANT HEAT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHUTDOWN. FAN PREHEAT COILS WILL NOT HAVE HWH TO THEM. ANIMAL ROOMS WILL BE IMPACTED.   Special Note 1: To guard against accidental flooding, affected Water Faucets must remain in the off position for the duration of the shutdown.
