Leading in Uncertain Times: ADVANCE/OLP Fall 2025 Leadership Workshop
In conjunction with the Opportunities in Leadership Program (OLP), UW ADVANCE offers cross-college quarterly leadership workshops that address leadership and faculty professional development issues and are intended to facilitate cross-college networks and interdisciplinary information exchange.
This workshop will include two topics: Topic 1: Leadership in Uncertain Times: As we navigate seemingly unending and often disorienting change, it can be helpful to pause and reflect on how we want to show up as leaders. Our University Ombud, Chuck Sloane, provides a unique vantage point as a thought partner for many of us as academic leaders, and also in his role as head of an office that helps our units grapple with both change and conflict.
