The Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (WE Lead) Cohort is an annual program for the most highly engaged entrepreneurial student leaders on campus. If you wish to invest more deeply in your growth, leadership, connections, and innovation journey during this academic year, this is for you!

Abstract: Facing rapid user churn, game developers are turning to an age-old remedy: paying players to play. Play-to-Earn (P2E) introduces sustained cryptocurrency rewards into gaming environments typically driven by enjoyment rather than monetary gain. Prior research on financial incentives has largely examined activities with low intrinsic appeal, such as exercise or studying, and found two consistent patterns: incentives raise engagement while offered but trigger an even steeper decline once removed, and they are costly to sustain. 2025 Sacia Digital Health Innovation Workshop
Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship
Every year, students from across disciplines work together during this "idea-athon" to dream up digital solutions to pressing problems in the healthcare system. Participants receive valuable feedback on their ideas from stakeholders and changemakers in the field and also have the chance to participate in a Pitch Challenge at the end of the workshop with the chance to win a prize for Best Pitch! All teams also receive information on continuing resources to turn their solutions into entries for the 2026 Health Innovation Challenge and other Buerk Center competitions.
