Dr. Seohyun Lee received her PhD in Public Health, focusing on management and policy sciences from the University of Texas in Houston. She has been involved in the implementation and evaluation of official development assistance (ODA) programs for health in low-and middle-income countries, including Laos, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Kenya, and Tanzania. Dr. Lee’s work centers around the cross-section of maternal/child health and mobile/digital health, with a recent focus on the implementation and scale-up of behavior change communication and health management information systems that reflect local contexts.
