"What is HCDE?" Session for Prospective HCDE BS Students

Are you a prospective student or academic adviser interested in better understanding what human centered design and engineering really is? Join our undergraduate peer advisers for an informative workshop that breaks down the field of HCDE and the user centered design process. We'll walk through case studies from a variety of real-world contexts and share examples of student projects. Important: This 02/05/26 session will be a deeper dive into the field of HCDE, not a typical HCDE info session. If you are interested in a session that is focused on information specific to applying to the HCDE BS degree, please plan to also join one of our HCDE BS info sessions on 01/12/26 or 03/06/26.
