Burien Library Resource Days

NOTICE: The federal government hasn’t passed spending legislation to keep the government open. That means DSHS Mobile Office outreach events have been canceled effective Nov. 4. Until federal funding is restored, DSHS Mobile Office outreach services will remain closed. Burien Library Resource Days will be held on the second Tuesday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. until the end of the year and will be offering direct connections to local and state resources.. Join us for a community resource fair offering support and connections to essential services. Social service providers will help attendees access healthcare, education, legal clinics, and more. Free phones for eligible state program participants (EBT, Medicaid, SSI, veterans) and enrollment assistance for Medicaid/Medicare will be available. Learn about ORCA cards, transportation resources, TB information, and local dental/medical clinics. Clothing assistance will also be offered. No registration required.
