A Long Talk – Building Community through Connection

Join the UW Professional Staff Organization (PSO) for our quarterly "Building Community through Connection" series to learn how to build belonging in real time through a guided, interactive workshop.       The workshop will dive into A Long-Talk for All and CPR Mini Coach, which simulates real-time conversations to build your confidence to clarify, probe, and redirect conversations in the face of discrimination and bias. We will be joined by A Long Talk's founders, Kamal Carter and Kyle Williams, to practice their CPR protocol in both large- and small-group discussions.
