Managing Transitions with Mindfulness

College is a fun and exciting environment filled with possibilities, but the past year brought a lot of challenging circumstances and required difficult transitions. Join the UW School of Social work and the UW Resilience Lab for an interactive workshop on how to build your resilience in a University setting.
