Women of Color in Medicine
The support group formerly known as "Women of Color on Clerkship" has been renamed "Women of Color in Medicine" and is now open to 1st and 2nd-year self-identified women of color medical students! Previously, the group focused on providing a safe space for women of color to connect and support each other during clerkship, as well as in personal, academic, and social settings. However, the group members found it beneficial for 1st and 2nd-year students to connect with 3rd and 4th-year students to prepare for the clinical phase. They are also eager to share their experiences and support 1st and 2nd-year students!
