Unwind, get creative, and soak up some joy at Painting with Puppies, a cozy Circle event designed to help you relax and recharge. Join us for an evening of casual painting, fun mini-games, and quality time with therapy dogs from the UW Counseling Center. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just here for the puppies, this event is all about community, creativity, and comfort.
We’ll kick things off with a Kahoot (with Circle merch prizes 👀), then settle into painting on mini canvases while the pups hang out nearby with their handlers. Come solo or with friends, take home your artwork, and enjoy a low-pressure space to decompress mid-week.

Let's Talk: Drop-in Counseling
Let’s Talk is a program that connects UW students both virtually and in person with support from experienced mental health counselors from the Counseling Center without an appointment. Let’s Talk offers informal consultation – it is not a substitute for regular therapy, counseling or psychiatric care.
Mental health counselors hold drop-in hours via videoconference and in-person to provide insight, solutions and information about other resources. Let’s Talk drop-in visits are free, and confidential and no appointment necessary. We also have dedicated Let’s Talk times if you are needing assistance finding an off-campus provider or if you are a survivor or an international student looking for support.
