🥾 Ready for a challenge this summer? Join Peaks and Professors for a hike to Mount Dickerman Trail with UW biochemistry professor Dr. Michael Ailion!

Cost: $12.35 for non-driving hikers

This 8.5-mile hike features 3,851 feet of elevation gain, making it a great adventure for anyone looking to push themselves! Previous hiking experience is recommended, but not required.

Don't have hiking gear? No worries! Peaks offers a free gear library with hiking boots, rain jackets, and more for participants.
Along the way, you'll get to chat with Dr. Michael Ailion and learn about the fascinating research happening in the Ailion Lab, where his team studies how cells function and communicate through vesicular trafficking.
