ECHO Autism WA 5th Wednesday Session: Ross Greene, Join ECHO Autism WA for a special 5th Wednesday session featuring Ross Greene, PhD, a nationally recognized child psychologist and developer of the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions model. Dr. Greene’s work focuses on solving the problems that lead to challenging behavior in children through skill-building, empathy, and collaboration. This evidence-based, non-punitive approach has been shown to reduce suspensions, detentions, and restraints. Dr. Greene is the author of The Kids Who Aren’t Okay: The Urgent Case for Reimagining Support, Belonging and Hope in Schools, along with earlier books including The Explosive Child, Lost at School, Lost & Found, and Raising Human Beings. He spent over 20 years on the Harvard Medical School faculty and is now the Founding Director of Lives in the Balance.
