Native American Law Center

The two-day workshop will provide you with the opportunity to draft code provisions that incorporate standards established in federal law with respect to the doctrines of comity and full faith and credit. Eberhard and Menard will assist participants as they work in small teams to do the research, analysis and drafting necessary to produce drafts for group review and discussion. Drafts will be reviewed during the CLE.
