Meet Local Writer Robert Vajgrt, Author of The Story in Your Head, at Caramel Crisp Bookstore

Throughout his career managing architectural projects, Bob Vajgrt noticed something critical: "There's books about managing people, leading people, but the gap was, how do you do that by leading and managing from who you are?" Bob grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in the late 60s and early 70s—a town small enough that kids could ride bikes everywhere, explore boundaries on their own, and learn where their limits were. Most leadership books outline textbook information. Bob has something different to offer in his book “The Story In Your Head”—accounts of how ordinary people do extraordinary things when they lead authentically. His writing grew out of a desire to help managers use their personal identity to shape their management style. If you like books by authors like Jim VandeHei and James Clear, you’ll love “The Story In Your Head”. You will have a chance to meet and talk with the Author of “The Story in Your Head” on Friday, November 14th in The Caramel Crisp Bookstore. Bob will be there from 2 pm to 5 pm,… Friday, November 14, 2025, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Caramel Crisp Bookstore 200 City Center, Oshkosh WI. For more info visit www.facebook.com.
