"441" Exhibition Opening

Masterworks Museum invites you to the opening reception of "441" or Four Artists, Four Styles, One Show, on Friday, June 13 from 5:30 - 7pm. "441" is a recurring group show that features emerging local artists held in the Rick Faries Gallery. This year, “441” will showcase the multi-disciplinary talents of Jordan Carey, OYANGO, Nadiyah Brown, and Chyna Talbot, who work with many mediums including printmaking, drawing, photography and paper collage. "441" will be on view until July 8, 2025. Works will be available to purchase in person at the Museum, or on the Rick Faries Gallery website. INTERNATIONAL CONCERT ORGANIST TO PERFORM IN ST GEORGE’S

INTERNATIONAL CONCERT ORGANIST TO PERFORM IN ST GEORGE’S - Friday 13 JUNE, 7pm, Concert organist Michael Bawtree, visiting the islands from Scotland, will give a free concert in the historic surroundings of St Peter’s Church Their Majesties Chapell in St George’s on Friday 13 June. The hour-long programme will include well-known music by Handel, Bach, Elgar and Mendelssohn alongside pieces by Scottish composers. Michael Bawtree lived in Bermuda from 1992-1995 when his father was the final Commanding Officer of HMS Malabar, before he headed to study at Cambridge University. Bawtree now enjoys a busy freelance career as a conductor and organist, based in Scotland but working across the UK, Europe and further afield. He has given organ recitals at Washington National Cathedral, Notre Dame in Paris, Westminster Abbey, Auckland Town Hall, across California, Scandinavia and Australia.
