Bingocize is offered by UC San Diego Health's Level 1 Trauma Center - Injury Prevention Program. Bingocize is 20-session class that incorporates exercise and bingo with fall prevention education. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am-10am. Class exercises can be done in both seated and standing positions. Bingocize has been shown to improve strength, gait, and enhance health and wellbeing knowledge!

Bingocize is offered by UC San Diego Health's Level 1 Trauma Center - Injury Prevention Program. Bingocize is 20-session class that incorporates exercise and bingo with fall prevention education.
