This support group is for anyone navigating the complexities of pancreas cancer, from the time of diagnosis, through all phases of care. This is a space for patients and loved ones to come together to gain emotional support, practical support, and build upon coping strategies.

UC Wide Young Adult Virtual Support Group.
Join us for a virtual support group that will focus specifically on the variety of challenges and experiences that young adults face who are also coping with cancer. We will discuss such challenges, share experiences, improve coping and foster connections within this group. This is for patients between the ages of 18-39 with any cancer diagnosis. The group will be held on the third Tuesday of the month from 6:15pm-7:30pm.

Classes are taught by our multidisciplinary inpatient Spine team including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and care managers. Our support group is led by experienced lactation consultants who will present different topics and foster an environment where breastfeeding parents can share their experiences and ask questions. We will also have baby scales available if you'd like to weigh your baby pre and post breastfeeding. You're welcome to stay the full 90 minutes or come and go as needed.

This meditation practice is a powerful way to reconnect with our inner self and experience the universal love and peace that is our true nature.
