Private Investigation Certification Training

LSUE will host a Private Investigation 40-Hour Prep Course on September 12th - 14th and September 19th - 21st.  This course will be held over two (2) consecutive weekends (September 12-14 and September 19-21) ---on Fridays from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm and on Saturdays/Sundays from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.  These classes will be held in the Community Education Building in Room #117. *** You will be REQUIRED to attend ALL classes on BOTH weekends in order to receive credit for this course and seek Certification*** Instructors:  Kirk Menard and Jessica Menard are licensed investigators with the State of Louisiana Board of Private Investigator Examiners.  Together they have over 15 years in the Private Investigation industry. Course:  In this 40-Hour Prep course, you will gain knowledge of the following areas:  Louisiana Private Investigator law, constitutional principles, gun laws, criminal law and procedure, state and federal legal systems, evidence, discovery, domestic investigations, surveillance, report… Location: Community Education Building. ServSafe Manager Course

Instructor: Aimee Summerlin, B.S. Certified ServSafe Instructor, and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor. Class size is limited! Pre-registration online is a must!  Class will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in the Community Education Building, Room 117. ServSafe Manager Course will provide food safety training, exams, and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will learn in-depth about personal hygiene, time and temperature, food safety management systems, and more. The program combines the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience.
