Line Dance Class
Join us as LSUE hosts Line Dance Class every Thursday evening from 5:30-6:30!
Perfect for all skill levels, this class is a great way to get moving, improve coordination, and enjoy some lively music while learning the latest line dances trending! Whether you are a beginner or have some dance experience, our instructors will guide you through easy-to-follow line dance routines that will boost your confidence to join in on all of the latest line dance trends!
Classes will be held in the LSUE Community Education building in Room 117 every Thursday from 5:30-6:30. The cost for each class will be $15 per person. For the month of March, all LSUE students, faculty, and staff will be FREE of charge by using the Discount Code -- LSUE -- at the time of registration.
Join us for a fun-filled experience where you'll dance, laugh, and make new dance friends!! No partner needed -- just bring your enthusiasm, a good sense of rhythm, and be ready to dance your heart out!

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the start of class so that we may begin on time and you do not miss any important instruction. It is also recommended that you dress comfortably and bring plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated as we dance away!

ServSafe Manager Course
Instructor: Aimee Summerlin, B.S. Certified ServSafe Instructor, and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor.
Class size is limited! Pre-registration online is a must!
Class will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in the Community Education Building, Room 117.
ServSafe Manager Course will provide food safety training, exams, and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will learn in-depth about personal hygiene, time and temperature, food safety management systems, and more. The program combines the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience. At the end of the course, students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
