ServSafe Manager Course

Class will be held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in the Community Education Building, Room 117.
ServSafe Manager Course will provide food safety training, exams, and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students will learn in-depth about personal hygiene, time and temperature, food safety management systems, and more. The program combines the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience. At the end of the course, students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
