You may be anxious, having trouble sleeping, afraid to take your eyes off your sleeping infant. You may feel down, emotional, and unsure of yourself. There is often a sense of guilt, as you ask yourself, “Why aren’t I happy during this happy time?” You are not alone. “Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.” - John Muir Join Child Development Specialist and nature enthusiast, Alison Nalle, in a 6-week class in The Morris Arboretum.
