Graduation (Priority): First Day to submit degree recommendations for Spring 2024 graduation

First day to submit degree recommendations for priority graduation. Priority graduation begins the day after grades are posted to the UW transcript (the day after the quarterly grade deadline). GPAs/GPCs should only recommend those students whose degree audit shows that all degree requirements have been completed. Recommendations for students whose degree audit show incomplete degree requirements will be returned to the department or postponed for graduation processing. If a GPA/GPC needs assistance troubleshooting a student's degree audit, they should review the help files posted to the GEMS Blog for Advisors or Request a GEMS Appointment. Admissions: Last Day for Deferrals & Early Entry for Summer 2024

The day before official instruction begins is the deadline to submit Deferral and Early Entry Petitions for that quarter in MyGrad Program (MGP). This deadline is set to allow for sufficient time to move the Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD) associated with an application before UW Census Day. Defer: admitted for that quarter and deferring to a future quarter.
