Childbirth Education We are excited to offer a class for Infant CPR. We will use a straightforward approach to teach participants to perform basic CPR skills specific to infants. Our classes will also cover how to treat episodes of choking, safe sleep and car seat safety. Cost of the class is $20 per person. Discounts are available for clients (mom) enrolled in Sooner Care or are SFHS employees. The cost of each car seat is $20 (cash only) with a max of one car seat per child and three car seats per family. Breastfeeding Basics In-Person Class

Childbirth Education These one-day classes will help you prepare for your breastfeeding journey. Our classes cover recognizing hunger cues of your baby, techniques on positioning your baby at the breast, successfully latching on, feeding patterns, breast pumps, and breast milk storage and more, along with hands on learning opportunities.  We recommend you take this class if you are considering breastfeeding your new little one. It is also helpful if you are trying to decide on breastfeeding or pumping or both. A support person is encouraged to attend with you at no additional cost. This will help them support you and baby. Cost for the class is $40. Fee covers expectant mom and one support person. You only need to register mom. No need to register your one support person that will attend class with you. Weekend Childbirth In-Person Class

Childbirth Education Each of these basic, one-day classes cover labor and birth by vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, pain control techniques, possible medical interventions and postpartum recovery. A fun class to learn the keys of the childbirth process. You will also receive a course book and a helpful companion app that includes videos, checklists and applicable tools. It can be helpful to take your childbirth class by 34 weeks. Cost for the class is $40. Fee covers expectant mom and one support person. You only need to register mom.
